Consultation
We want to hear about you to understand how you want to live in and around your new kitchen.
Understanding your investment from the beginning helps to achieve the kitchen you’ll love to come home to for years to come.*
Design & Quote
We will present you with a photorealistic concept and quote. You can explore the various fittings, finishing options in our showroom so that your new kitchen works for you and how you want it to look and feel.
Approval & Sign-Off
Once the design and finer details are complete and you’re ready to hit the go button, we’ll get the paperwork signed off. Then we can plan the timelines from here and lock in a date your final site measure.
Craft & Install
When one of our production experts has completed the site measure at your home, the factory team completes the crafting of your joinery project. Then our professional installers fit your custom, made to measure cabinetry into your home.
Quality Assurance
Following installation, there may be other finishing touches to come such as benchtops and splashbacks.
Following final quality checks we will register your 10 Year transferrable Craftsmanship Guarantee.**

Maria Carcamo
My design career started in Chile, when led by my curiosity for design, I got a Bachelor of Object Design and Professional Degree of Industrial Designer. In Chile and New Zealand, I've gained valuable experience in product design, furniture and interiors. This has given me tools to understand customers and design from different perspectives. At Mastercraft I enjoy listening and understanding to customer's wishes and requirements for putting together creative and practical solutions. I love offering a wonderful experience and sharing that excitement with my customer of working towards a new kitchen!
Katie Fagg
I joined the Mastercraft team as a designer after spending seven years seeing the world. One of the things I loved most about travelling was the diverse range of people I met along the way, and I have found this also to be one of the most rewarding parts of my job as a designer. I have been fortunate to work on a unique range of projects while I have been with Mastercraft and I enjoy working with my clients to turn their wish list into a reality. In my spare time I am currently renovating my own space which is a fun and challenging project.
Erin Tranter
I have always had a passion for design, which started with photography, this led onto getting a Bachelors Degree with Honours in Visual Communication Design. After a few years living in the UK and travelling around Europe I got back into design when I moved home. I have been a kitchen designer for four years now and have enjoyed helping customers create beautiful and functional kitchen spaces that suit them and their homes. While working I also completed the Diploma of Kitchen Design through NKBA and BCITO which has helped grow my knowledge and allows me to give the best advise towards each client. I have been lucky to create some amazing kitchens whilst working at Mastercraft.
Liam Scott
I’ve always had a passion for creative problem solving, so a career in design just made sense! With a Bachelors Degree in Design Innovation under my belt, I found my way into the kitchen design industry, where I am now working towards my Diploma of Kitchen Design through NKBA & BCITO. As a kitchen designer working alongside the MasterCraft team, I get to flex my creative muscles every day, and guide my clients in creating their dream space.
Vicki Segessenmann
My passion for craft work and interiors started as a child when I would spend hours designing imaginary rooms and house plans. This led me into the curtain industry where you can transform a space with soft furnishings, then onto specifying wall coverings, flooring and window treatments to create the complete space. I have been a kitchen designer with Mastercraft Kitchens since 2013 and take pleasure in guiding my clients to achieve their kitchen vision that is both stunning and a functional workspace. Listening to each client and considering their family requirements is key in creating the best solutions for them. I am proud to be a part of the Mastercraft team here in Lower Hutt.
