The Mastercraft History
Mastercraft was the brainchild of Murray Belz, a Chief’s supporter with an eye for design, a tonne of ideas and a passion for excellence.
In 1985 Murray opened Mastercraft Kitchens in Tauranga. Then in 1989, he established a licensee group of kitchen design and manufacture businesses, bringing together the ‘best of the best’ in the industry. A group that would become synonymous with trust, excellence, and outstanding design.
Fast forward to the present, Mastercraft Services NZ Ltd has a National Support Office supporting a nationwide base of 29 Kitchen Licensees, 30 Electrical Licensees and a growing number of Mastercraft Plumbing Licensees.

Trees for Survival (TFS) is an environmental education programme which involves young people growing and planting native trees to help revegetate erosion prone land and improve stream flow and water quality. This also improves habitats for native birds & increases biodiversity.
