Consultation
We want to hear about you to understand how you want to live in and around your new kitchen.
Understanding your investment from the beginning helps to achieve the kitchen you’ll love to come home to for years to come.*
Design & Quote
We will present you with a photorealistic concept and quote. You can explore the various fittings, finishing options in our showroom so that your new kitchen works for you and how you want it to look and feel.
Approval & Sign-Off
Once the design and finer details are complete and you’re ready to hit the go button, we’ll get the paperwork signed off. Then we can plan the timelines from here and lock in a date your final site measure.
Craft & Install
When one of our production experts has completed the site measure at your home, the factory team completes the crafting of your joinery project. Then our professional installers fit your custom, made to measure cabinetry into your home.
Quality Assurance
Following installation, there may be other finishing touches to come such as benchtops and splashbacks.
Following final quality checks we will register your 10 Year transferrable Craftsmanship Guarantee.**

Brianna Markham
I completed my product design degree at Otago Polytechnic in 2020 and now working for Mastercraft Kitchens in Dunedin, Mosgiel as a kitchen designer. My first career step where you constantly learning and gaining new skills. My passions come from wanting to use my creativity and thoughts to help people in everyday life as I grew up with my brother who has cerebral palsy;having the background of empathy allows me to create amazing and unique designs for all life style needs.
Robyn McFarlane
It was the early 90’s, and I would watch on, fascinated, as my husband designed kitchens on A3 sheets for his own kitchen-manufacturing business. I jumped on board and have loved every minute of it since! Although the designs have evolved from hand-drawn to digital using CAD software, seeing the end result is always a real thrill. It’s a lot of fun designing for large new builds or whole house-lots. We design more than kitchens too, such as wardrobes, office nooks, window seats, laundry's and vanity units – there’s so much to get your teeth stuck into.
