“Earlier this year we undertook a major kitchen remodel- effectively a complete rebuild. As you do with a project that size we undertook some serious research into who could best meet our needs. We spent hours online, reading review after review, plus looked at many many photos. We narrowed our choice down to three providers and had appointments with them all. We selected Mastercraft in the end mainly because they were local and because Amber Downie took the time to visit our space and really listen to our vision. She offered many ideas and suggested others, but never deterred us from what we actually wanted. Her management of a project, during COVID times, was exemplary even when the fishhooks turned up. We’re not quite finished, tiles coming on that ‘delayed’ boat- but it’s been fully usable now for a few months and is an absolute delight to work in. It seriously has changed the way we live and added immense value to our home. I discussed the idea with Carley from Mastercraft Kitchens, I was conscious that this is something that they may not be interested in doing. But I was wrong. Carley was enthusiastic and encouraging, coming up with great ideas. I had a rough budget in mind and Carley made it work within that budget. I loved how other team members joined in with suggestions. The communication was superb. It was beautifully installed by Dave and Matt with Wayne helping on the delivery.
